1. How does Aquifer Springs deliver water?

All our 18.9 L jugs are hand delivered same day from Lulu Wap Spring. The water is sediment filtered and UV sanitized, never stored or warehoused, and reaches you as fresh as it comes from the spring.

2. How do I get started?

Start with $25, which includes your first full jug and a reusable BPA free jug. After that, refills are $12 per jug, delivered fresh to your door.

3. Can I prepay to save?

Yes. Our three prepaid packages give you the lowest price per jug while supporting local men rebuilding their lives. Choose the package that fits your household needs.

4. Do you offer commercial or bulk delivery?

Yes. Minimum 5 jugs per week. Click the Request Your Quote button in the Pricing section to fill out the form and we’ll call you back same day to discuss your business needs.

5. Is the water safe and tested?

Absolutely. All water is sediment filtered and UV sanitized, tested and certified clean. It contains natural minerals, is naturally alkaline, and has zero additives, chlorine, or fluoride.

6. Are the jugs reusable?

Yes. All jugs are reusable. You keep your BPA free jug and we exchange it at every delivery so we can clean and disinfect each returned jug before refilling. This keeps your water pure and keeps plastic out of the landfill.

7. How often will my water be delivered?

We are a newer company and still building our routes and community delivery days. For now, just call text or email with some notice and we will set up delivery. We aim to deliver within 48 hours.

8. Can I change or cancel my delivery?

Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. Adjust your delivery as needed, and refills remain $12 per jug unless you are on a prepaid package.
