Aquifer Springs delivers same-day sourced spring water to offices and commercial spaces in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Pure Water, Real Purpose. How It Works

Aquifer Springs owns and maintains all jugs at your location. There is nothing for you to buy or replace. Every jug on-site is swapped for fresh water on every delivery, whether it has been opened or not, so nothing in your office is ever more than 7 days old. You only pay for the empties. Lost or damaged jugs are replaced for $15 each.

Never-Out Overflow Perk

If you are running low more than 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery, let us know and we will do our best to get a refill to you within 24 hours. This is a courtesy we extend whenever we can, not a guaranteed delivery.

Pricing

Pay-As-You-Go: 5-Gallon, $25 setup per jug, $12 per refill. 3-Gallon, $24 setup per jug, $10 per refill. Prepaid Packs: 5-Gallon 20-pack $200, 30-pack $270, 50-pack $400. 3-Gallon Prepaid: 10-pack $90 ($9 per jug), 20-pack $160 ($8 per jug).

Delivery

Deliveries run weekly on a fixed day, alongside our residential routes. Your delivery window is a fixed 2-hour slot confirmed when you sign up. Every visit is a full jug swap, all on-site jugs replaced with fresh.

Take It Home

Your employees can bring commercial pricing home. Their 3rd delivery is free. For every employee who signs up, your company receives a free week of water.

What's Included, and What's Not

Included: spring water delivery, jug maintenance, and a full swap on every visit. Not included: a cooler or dispenser (we do not supply these), glass dispensers, a customer portal, or same-day emergency delivery.
